Job Description

Position: Senior IT Systems Analyst (Microsoft 365 & SharePoint), based London / Hybrid

Senior IT Systems Analyst sought by a growing not for profit organisation to join their team in Central London, to take a lead role in optimising and enhancing their technology environment, with strong emphasis on SharePoint and Microsoft 365 services. This is a hands-on, technically advanced role that involves the delivery of secure and compliant IT services across the organisation.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Microsoft cloud, modern workplace tools and security and compliance frameworks.

Job requirements:

Candidates will have experience in the following-

• Previous experience working in a senior IT support role with responsibility for managing and optimising the Microsoft 365 stack (including Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online and Power Platforms).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Intune and Endpoint Manager.
• Experience in deploying, securing and supporting SharePoint online environments.
• Understanding of Cyber best practice including Cyber Essentials Plus and data protection.
• Exposure to AI driven tools such as Copilot / Power Automate.
• Experience of supporting users in a hybrid environment.

Candidates should also demonstrate:

• A Willingness and ability to pro-actively support and manage the expectations of internal users in conjunction with a managed service provider.
• A Willingness to get involved with projects as required.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
