Job summary

Redd Retail Group, based in Leicestershire, is seeking a highly competent POS Artworker/Graphic Designer to join our fast-paced studio. You will translate briefs into production-ready artwork for POS displays, shop-in-shop furniture, packaging labels, and instore graphics, coordinating with senior designers and clients.

Requires a keen eye for detail, strong command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and video editing basics.

Qualifications

Educated to degree level or equivalent with some industry experience preferred.
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Microsoft Office is essential.
Knowledge of video editing in Adobe Premiere and After Effects will be a strong advantage.
Experience in design and management of websites (Squarespace / Wix Studio) and social media platforms is also a huge advantage.

Responsibilities

Create production artwork for POS displays, shop-in-shop furniture and packaging labels.
Interpret briefs and develop production artwork for digital platforms and all print and manufacturing processes.
Work with clients through the approval process alongside senior designers.
Adhere to strict brand guidelines and maintain a strong creative background for input when required.
Occasionally assist with quotations, raising orders and generating new marketing directions.
