An established industry player is seeking a dedicated POS and Product Management Support specialist to join their dynamic team. Join our fast-growing organization and be part of a dynamic team supporting POS and Product Management functions. You'll be responsible for technical configuration, documentation, user acceptance testing, and supporting the service desk for POS and product-related issues.
Key responsibilities include:
Qualifications include a degree in Computer Science or related field (preferred), with 5+ years of experience with POS systems. Experience with Oracle Simphony and third-party integrations is desirable. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are essential. Experience in retail, hospitality, or QSR technology is a plus.
