This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work both virtually and from our London office.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Member of the Marine Port & Terminal and Marine Liabilities team
  2. London Account Executive for high-profile clients
  3. Assist the team leader with strategic direction for Port & Terminal clients and Marine Liability risks
  4. Support RfP responses as needed
  5. Drive new business initiatives
  6. Support GBC Go to Market Strategy across P & T and Liability portfolios to achieve growth in premium flow and yield, aligned with regional plans
  7. Act as a market spokesperson for Aon, enhancing our competitive position
  8. Mentor less experienced colleagues in broking practices and strategies
  9. Support sector-specific strategies ensuring compliance and alignment with Aon policies
  10. Collaborate with reinsurance to ensure a coordinated approach across insurance functions
  11. Ensure all practices comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards
