Main Responsibilities:

As a Section Leader in our Portions team your key responsibilities will be:

• Supervision of the people and processes within a section of the department to ensure health & safety, food safety and supply volumes are met at all times within the expected parameters.
• Planning of labour and production
• Ensuring adherence to strict health, safetyand hygiene standards expected by the company and its customers.
• Ensuring products meet the high quality standards required

Ideal Candidate:

As our Ideal Candidate you'll demonstrate that you have:

• An excellent level of English, both written and spoken, in order to communicate effectivelyacross your team, between departments and at all levels of management
• The ability to motivate others
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to remain focused
• The ability to work in a fast paced environment
• An adaptable approach
• Highly organised

Experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications would be helpful but not essential.
