You will support the Head of Change & the Change Team in delivering transformation initiatives aligned with company strategy, regulatory requirements, and desired outcomes. Your role involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure data-driven decision-making, setting strategy for the Portfolio & Transformation Management Office, and demonstrating innovative value-add beyond traditional PMO functions.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain the portfolio prioritisation framework, ensuring alignment with business priorities and clear impact articulation during pivots.
  • Collaborate with the Change Leadership team to ensure the portfolio roadmap and transition phases have the correct inputs.
  • Ensure effective governance and timely creation/distribution of materials for meetings such as Change Committee, Portfolio SteerCo, and Budget & Governance meetings.
  • Create reports to demonstrate portfolio health, analyzing and presenting information creatively.
  • Support the PMO team in preparing slide packs and data sets for monthly and executive meetings, including minute-taking as needed.
  • Engage actively with the Change team on project activities across the lifecycle, including governance setup, understanding project outcomes, planning, resource management, and RAID management.
  • Contribute early-phase inputs to clarify project frameworks and governance needs.
  • Maintain a central view of projected spend by engaging with business functions, and report on forecasts versus budgets, identifying effective fund utilization.
  • Coordinate with Programme and Project Managers on budget management processes, ensuring transparency.
  • Collaborate with IT PMO and Portfolio Management to provide a holistic view of Change & transformation spend for MRS-GM.
Knowledge and Skills
  • Experience in Portfolio Management Office within large-scale transformation programmes/projects.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to data quality and accuracy.
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, flexible, and enthusiastic.
  • Proven ability to build relationships and manage stakeholders, offering advice, challenge, influence, and insights.
  • Strong presentation skills, both in creation and delivery.
  • Attitude is more important than qualifications, but PMO certifications are a plus.
