Kroll Agency & Trustee Services (formerly Lucid Agency and Trustee Services Ltd) was launched in 2017 and provides independent, conflict-free, third-party loan agency, security agency, and bond trustee services. Servicing the bond and loan markets, Kroll has built a strong reputation by offering proactive and bespoke services to clients. We currently manage over 800 loan and bond transactions.

Due to rapid growth, we are seeking talented individuals to join our Transaction Management (TM) team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a diverse portfolio of loans and bonds, addressing queries from transaction participants.
  • Handle assigned deals as delegated by the TM Head.
  • Oversee post-closing accessions and follow-up matters.
  • Coordinate with Operations to ensure accurate entry of deals into our system, including tracking deliverables.
  • Manage day-to-day issues related to the portfolio.
  • Check payment files and release funds on drawdown.
  • Collaborate with Middle Office on waivers and amendments.
  • Support Operations in handling operational queries.
  • Develop and maintain proactive client and influencer relationships.
  • Follow established procedures and contribute to periodic reviews and updates.
  • Participate actively in team meetings, communicating deal status and upcoming events.
  • Collaborate with management to suggest improvements and best practices.
  • Oversee periodic payments and cash flows within the portfolio.
  • Manage relationships with borrowers and lenders.
  • Assist in billing activities and revenue collection.
  • Maintain collateral records in coordination with the Middle Office.
  • Ensure completion of Deal Closing Checklists per Kroll procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
  • Knowledge of current loan market practices, LMA, unitranche, credit funds, and sponsor-led transactions is advantageous.
  • Demonstrate strong teamwork, communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Pay close attention to detail with a risk-aware mindset.
  • Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Willing to work extended hours as required.
  • Knowledge of international payments and reconciliation is preferred.
  • Language skills are a plus but not essential.
