Salary: £31,586 - £34,314 (Grade F)
Location: Nottingham - Hybrid working available
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week

What You'll Be Doing:
You'll be part of our Change Delivery team, supporting activity across three dynamic areas:
Programme Delivery
Service Improvement
Organisational Development & Culture
Your job will involve:
Keeping everything organised with top-tier admin and coordination support
Helping track and monitor progress across key projects and programmes
Scheduling meetings, preparing papers, and making sure everyone's in the loop
Creating dashboards and trackers that help teams work smarter
Supporting workshops, team events, and change-focused campaigns
Managing inboxes, queries and documentation with confidence and care
What We're Looking For:
We're after someone who is:
Super organised, detail-focused and great with deadlines
Confident using Microsoft Office 365 and other innovative and collaborative tools
A natural proactive problem-solver who loves creating structure
A strong communicator and collaborator
Curious about change, improvement and organisational culture
Comfortable juggling priorities and adapting to new challenges
Experience in an admin, coordination, or business support role is ideal - but your attitude, commitment, and passion for learning are just as important.
