Job summary
Aristocrat seeks a Senior Manager, Digital Product Portfolio to mature our Digital portfolio management across Interactive and Product Madness. You will partner with leaders across Product, Commercial, Finance, Technology and Business Units to align roadmaps, investment choices, and portfolio performance into a unified view.
You’ll lead governance, scenarios, and decision-ready materials, build trusted insights for executives, and enhance tools and dashboards using Microsoft 365 and AI-enabled
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years in product operations, portfolio management, or related roles.
- Experience with complex digital product or technology portfolios.
- Understanding of digital gaming businesses (Social, mobile, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Manage visibility, planning, and governance across the Digital portfolio.
- Align priorities and investments with business goals across functions.
- Develop integrated portfolio views on performance and growth.
- Lead prioritization and trade-off discussions with senior leaders.
- Identify risks and opportunities to improve portfolio health.
- Create insights and decision-support materials for leadership.
- Evolve portfolio management frameworks and reporting standards.
- Enhance tools, dashboards, and data access for decision making.
- Analyze portfolio performance and market trends.
- Provide alignment across stakeholders with clear recommendations.
