Job summary

Aristocrat Technologies seeks a Senior Manager, Digital Product Portfolio to mature portfolio management across Interactive and Product Madness. You will partner with Product, Commercial, Finance, Technology, and Business Unit leaders to align roadmaps, investments, and performance into a unified portfolio view.

You’ll drive prioritization, governance, and actionable insights to support growth, while improving tools and reporting to enable executive-ready decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Finance, Marketing, Analytics, or related area; equivalent experience considered.
• 8+ years in product operations, portfolio management, or related field.
• Experience with complex digital product or technology portfolios in cross-functional environments.
• Understanding of digital gaming businesses (Social, RMG, iLottery, mobile gaming) or related environments.
• Ability to translate inputs from product, commercial, financial, market, and operational into portfolio insights.
• Experience supporting planning, prioritization, sequencing, and portfolio tradeoffs with senior leadership.
• Analytical and structured problem-solver with ability to handle evolving information.
• Strong collaboration and influence across diverse teams.
• Clear communicator with executive-ready recommendations.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 tools and Power BI; interest in AI/Copilot for portfolio analysis.

Responsibilities

• Drive portfolio visibility, planning, and governance for the Digital portfolio.
• Partner with Product, Commercial, Finance, Technology, and Business Units to align priorities and investment decisions.
• Develop and maintain integrated portfolio views on performance, roadmaps, and growth opportunities.
• Lead prioritization, sequencing, and tradeoff discussions at senior levels.
• Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies; propose actions to improve portfolio health.
• Create insights, scenarios, and decision-support materials for leadership.
• Establish portfolio management frameworks, taxonomy, and reporting standards.
• Improve tools, dashboards, and data access to support decision-making across the Digital business.
• Analyze portfolio performance and market trends to inform future planning.
• Build alignment across stakeholders with clear portfolio insights and recommendations.
