Job summary

Discovery Education UK is seeking a Director of Product Management to lead the Math & Literacy portfolio, including DreamBox Math and Reading Park, for long-term strategy and measurable learning outcomes. This hybrid Bath role partners with Curriculum, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and senior leadership to drive investment decisions and portfolio growth.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive product management experience with multi-product portfolios.
• 5+ years leading and developing product managers or curriculum professionals.
• Experience developing portfolio strategies that drive adoption, retention, and growth.
• Experience directing roadmap prioritization, business planning, and resource allocation.
• Experience presenting strategy and portfolio performance to senior leadership.
• Collaboration with engineering on technically complex products and applying AI to improve value.

Responsibilities

• Define multi-year vision, strategy, and investment priorities for the Math & Literacy portfolio.
• Own roadmap and lifecycle for DreamBox Math, DreamBox Reading Park, Reading Plus, and Doodle.
• Develop business cases and portfolio plans aligning product investment with growth goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing product/curriculum team.
• Communicate strategy and roadmap priorities to stakeholders and senior leaders.
