The opportunity

We are seeking a Portfolio Manager to lead and innovate our sustainability-driven service portfolio roadmap. This role is critical in shaping new sustainable offerings for transmission/distribution assets and systems, ensuring our solutions meet evolving environmental standards and customer needs.

How you'll make an impact

  • Define and execute the portfolio and service strategy with a strong focus on sustainability and circular economy principles
  • Innovate the service roadmap by introducing eco-efficient service offerings, such as life-extension programs, refurbishment, recycling, and digital solutions that reduce environmental impact
  • Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and service product management to embed sustainability into both products and services throughout their lifecycle.
  • Conduct market and regulatory analysis to anticipate trends and integrate them into portfolio and service development plans
  • Drive business cases for new sustainable services and ensure alignment with customer needs and company objectives
  • Support customer engagement with sustainability-focused value propositions for services related to our products

Your background

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, with an extension or specialization in Sustainability or Environmental Management
  • Minimum 5 years in design or operation of transmission/distribution equipment
  • Experience with standards and regulatory landscapes affecting T&D equipment
