Profile of candidate:

• Fund management experience: Private energy infrastructure
• Proven track record in origination and portfolio management within global energy infrastructure
• Proven transactional experience from investment to exit
• Relationship with global LPs
• Ideal candidate may come from a competitor but seeks greater autonomy, rewards through increased share of carry, and GP ownership
• Self-starter

High-level job description:

• London-based with global travel
• Sourcing, executing, and managing global energy infrastructure assets
• Collaborating closely with the CIO/Managing Partners

Deal Generation:

• Lead origination efforts
• Build a network of industry contacts

Deal Evaluation:

• Lead evaluation and execution of potential transactions
• Conduct commercial and financial due diligence
• Manage due diligence process and prepare recommendations
• Negotiate transaction agreements and financing documents
• Monitor and enhance portfolio value
• Participate on the Board of Directors of investments
• Work with management and operational teams on asset construction, performance, and value creation initiatives
• Assist with investor reporting
• Prepare investments for exit
• Collaborate with IR team for LP meetings
• Assist with product development ahead of fundraising
• Work closely with the Head of Sustainability to integrate sustainability into all investment activities
• Promote the firm's value externally
• Co-Chair / Lead Sponsor on the Investment Committee
• Write thought leadership pieces
• Engage with the press community
