Job summary

mydentist is seeking a Portfolio Manager to oversee a portfolio of projects, align with strategic goals, and optimise resource use. The role involves planning, governance, and stakeholder engagement to maximise value across the portfolio.

The ideal candidate will have experience in retail or health services, with IT transformation and change management knowledge. Hybrid working with some office presence is offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading portfolios in retail or health services.
• Understanding IT transformation and people change methodologies.
• Strong governance, budgeting and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the portfolio roadmap aligned with objectives.
• Prioritise initiatives based on value, risk and resources.
• Build and track portfolio plans with deviations explanations.
• Enforce PMO governance frameworks and processes.
• Manage portfolio budgets, forecasts and reporting.
• Line manage and develop Project Managers.
