My client is looking for someone special to join their team and ensure the department runs smoothly and meets its full potential. This role is all about managing a residential portfolio, where you'll be working closely with Clients, Tenants, and Contractors to maintain high standards and compliance.
Here's a snapshot of what you'll do:
Co-ordinate lettings and minimise voids with lettings teams
Ensure compliance and health & safety are up to scratch
Regularly assess your allocated portfolio
Meet Corporate Clients to discuss strategies and performance
Act as the client's main contact
Conduct property visits and oversee repairs
Create and issue marketing materials via Rightmove
Qualify potential tenants and conduct viewings
Work with sub agents to optimise performance
Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
Stay on budget and keep processes updated
What are they looking for?
Experience in residential lettings or asset management
Strong IT skills
Highly motivated with excellent organisational, prioritisation, and time management
High attention to detail and strong communication skills
Energetic, enthusiastic, and driven, with a commitment to self-development and supporting team success
General duties include:
Adhering to ARLA and ARMA guidelines and RICS code of practice
Completing mandatory online training
Complying with FCA regulation guidelines
Being professional in all client dealings
Seeking new business opportunities
Keeping up-to-date with relevant legislation and best practices
