We are seeking a high-potential Portfolio Manager to support strategic value creation across our portfolio of 120 high-growth companies, managing over $3Bn in assets under management (AUM). This role is ideal for experienced operators or strategic finance professionals with strong exposure to early- and growth-stage businesses, particularly in technology and SaaS.

The Portfolio Manager will work closely with founders and senior executives of smaller portfolio companies, while also supporting our Partners in managing larger, later-stage companies within the fund. The role blends hands-on operational support with portfolio reporting and fund performance tracking, offering a unique opportunity to influence outcomes across a wide range of venture-backed businesses.

This is an exceptional learning opportunity for an ambitious individual to gain exposure to board-level decision-making and venture capital strategy. You will work alongside a team of seasoned Partners, including former C-level operators from leading global technology firms, gaining mentorship and insights from some of the most experienced leaders in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Operational Support for Portfolio Companies: Actively support small to mid-sized portfolio companies with operational scaling, strategy execution, and problem-solving.
• Support of Larger Portfolio Companies: Assist Partners in managing and engaging with larger, more complex portfolio companies.
• Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Lead the development and maintenance of portfolio-wide reporting systems.
• Board & Strategic Engagement: Provide critical support in board-level workstreams.
• Liquidity Planning & Market Benchmarking: Support planning for capital events such as secondaries, follow-ons, and exits.
• Ecosystem & Network Support: Facilitate introductions and maintain internal knowledge hubs.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 3–7 years’ experience in strategy consulting, startup/scale-up operations, venture capital, corporate development or investment banking.
• Strong strategic and operational judgment.
• Excellent financial fluency.
• Prior exposure to Sales, Product, Marketing, or Customer Success is a plus.
• Highly organized and accountable.
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
