What You’ll Be Doing

We’re hiringtwo Portfolio Management Officersto join our Transformation Management Office (TMO) – one with abroad, cross-functional remit, and another with adedicated focus on supporting our Marketing team.

In both roles, you’ll play a key part in shaping and evolving our portfolio function, ensuring initiatives are aligned with strategic priorities and delivered to the highest standards.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the intake and prioritisation of transformation initiatives.
  • Quality assuring project documentation and governance processes.
  • Supporting cost/benefit analysis and business case development.
  • Maintaining the integrated Transformation Plan and reporting portfolio insights.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
  • Supporting annual business planning and contributing to the continuous improvement of our transformation approach.
