Role overview: The Portfolio Management team supports both student and residential brands within Vita Group by providing insights into performance and KPIs. The Portfolio Management Analyst will support reporting, data analysis, and financial modeling, including:

1. Running regular reports based on the reporting calendar
2. Performing data quality checks
3. Consolidating information across teams and systems
4. Assisting with pricing and promotion updates
5. Supporting ad hoc analysis and financial modeling
