A leading financial services firm seeks a Manager to lead its Asset Management business analysis team. You will oversee a group of analysts while collaborating with programme leads on strategic changes. Ideal candidates should have a strong background in asset management and proven leadership skills, fostering a high-performing team culture. This position is based in London with a hybrid working model, requiring a minimum of two days in the office.

The Investment and Operations Change and Technology team provides strategic change and technology solutions to support investment performance, enhance client outcomes, and improve operational efficiency. The type of change demand ranges from incremental business-as-usual changes, through to large-scale transformation initiatives.
