Summary
Reporting the to the Director Medical Affairs, the Established Brands Medical Lead will be responsible for leading and developing medical product strategies and activities in close collaboration with the medical and cross-functional teams. This role will act as the scientific expert of assigned products, contributing to clinical strategy, collaborating to develop impactful omnichannel medical communication and education plans.

This is a London office based role with hybrid working meaning 12 days per month in the office.

Major accountabilities:
- Understand and follow trends across disease areas to maintain a scientific and clinical leadership
- Deliver medical leadership to cross-functional plans to maximise life-cycle opportunity
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with clinicians and other stakeholders
- Co-create and co-lead the medical/overall strategy
- Lead on life-cycle management and delivery of regulatory requirements (e.g. risk management plans and prescribing information updates)
- Work collaboratively to establish educational needs and delivers strategic educational plans through digital and other channels
- Build Health Care System's relationships and collaboration, partnering and building trust/commitment
Requirements:
- Significant experience in Medical Affairs within a Pharmaceutical company
- Broad/multiple disease area knowledge and ability to get up to speed quickly in new areas.
- Excellent communication skills with broad range of stakeholders
- Working knowledge of UK Healthcare System and external stakeholder management
- Deep understanding of drug development and approval process
- Ability to influence without authority.
