DWS Group is seeking an Equity Portfolio Manager/Engineer in London to manage index equity portfolios and drive efficient ETF and index investing strategies. You will work across portfolio construction, risk management, and hedging, collaborating with trading desks to optimize execution and scale the platform.
You will apply strong technical skills (Python, VBA, Excel) and a deep understanding of index methodologies to minimize tracking error and enhance performance attribution across products.

The Passive Portfolio Management Team at DWS manages the full range of X-trackers across Equity and Fixed Income Exchange Traded Funds, as well as Segregated mandates, covering a wide range or index providers and array of benchmark types from multiple ESG flavours to Thematics. DWS has a global and integrated investment platform with a strong footprint globally. With presence on the ground in 17 locations, we cover the most important financial markets in the world. Our investment platform employs approximately 900 investment professionals (excluding product specialists), covering both the most important financial markets and regions, and the most important asset classes. You will play a key role as Portfolio Engineer within the team.
