Cancer Research UK is seeking a proactive Portfolio Assistant (Therapeutic Innovation) to join our portfolio team at Cancer Research Horizons. This is a permanent, full-time role based at Babraham Research Campus, Cambridge with high-flex working, averaging 2 days in the office.

You will coordinate governance, reporting and portfolio management activities that support the development of ground-breaking cancer treatments.

Formación

• Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail.
• Previous administrative experience in a project, programme or portfolio setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and Teams).
• Excellent written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently on defined activities and seek guidance when needed.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle information responsibly.
• Proactive in supporting colleagues and resolving routine admin issues.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate governance, reporting and portfolio management activities.
• Organise meeting agendas, packs and attendee communications.
• Prepare and format reports, presentations and meeting materials.
• Maintain consistent portfolio documents and current templates.
• Support data collection and generation of routine portfolio reports.
