Responsibilities

  • Drive the implementation of HR CX strategy and roadmap.
  • Provide strategic support to the HR ExCo member.
  • Manage key projects ensuring they are on track.
  • Champion improvement of operational efficiency for CX.
  • Develop performance reporting for key metrics.
  • Support senior leadership with resourcing and talent development.
  • Implement a robust governance framework for compliance.
  • Act as principal contact for key executives.
