A leading company in the public sector is seeking a Portfolio Benefits Lead for a hybrid role in London. The successful candidate will lead benefits management and establish standards within a complex change portfolio. Key responsibilities include driving development of management tools and facilitating alignment across teams to foster excellence in project outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PORTFOLIO BENEFITS LEAD
Sitting under the team structure of the Portfolio Management Office (PfMO), the role holder acts as both the Portfolio Management and Centre of Excellence lead for Benefits Management and will:
In periods of high demand there could also be a requirement to provide support to the Portfolio Planning and Resourcing Lead or the Portfolio Reporting and RAID Lead.
