What’s the role

The IT Portfolio Analyst plays a key role in supporting the IDT Manager(s), IDT Advisor(s), Portfolio Managers, and Performance & Integration Manager to manage the portfolio effectively and efficiently.

What you’ll be doing

As a Portfolio Analyst, you will support the team within Shell Energy Trading and SLMT (Shell LNG, Marketing & Trading) by enhancing portfolio management processes, driving transformational initiatives, and gaining comprehensive knowledge of the business to support your career growth.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing data quality and integrity in systems like ServiceNow
  • Coordinating and maintaining integrated plans for transparency and alignment
  • Managing key portfolio events and decision points
  • Facilitating governance sessions and documenting outcomes
  • Delivering ad hoc reports and analysis to support data-driven decisions
  • Supporting opportunity framing work for investment clarity
  • Driving key transformational initiatives to improve portfolio management and efficiency
