Overview

Work Flexibility: Hybrid

As Portfolio Analyst, you will play a key role in managing a portfolio of usage-based finance agreements. You will work closely with the Flex Financial Analyst, sales teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure contract compliance and provide insights that support revenue growth. You will gain exposure to multiple functions by working closely with local country finance teams, the Poland Finance Center, and divisional finance. Critical thinking, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate financial information in a clear, concise way are essential. You will independently handle complex tasks and contribute to continuous improvements of our processes, while supporting the broader team’s initiatives.

What you will do
  • Collect and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and share insights with stakeholders
  • Partner closely with our sales teams to monitor contract compliance
  • Track Supplier Equipment and Product Placement Agreements
  • Prepare and distribute compliance reports
  • Calculate and monitor customer performance in line with contract terms
  • Identify shortfalls and support the true-up billing process
  • Prepare monthly reports and reconciliations
What you will need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years general accounting, finance, data analytics or related experience
  • Fluency in English
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organization/time management skills
  • Knowledge of US GAAP (preferred)
