Responsible for the management and operation of Portering services, Postal services, and Waste Management.
Ensure adequate staffing levels to provide services across wards and departments, including analysis of staffing needs and management of rotas for leave and sickness.
Collaborate with the Directorate's Financial Management Accountant for sound financial management, effective communication, and reporting, including presenting cost-saving initiatives.
Act as a role model to staff, demonstrating Trust values and providing compassionate, visible leadership. Maintain service levels for the Portering service and its stakeholders.
