Job summary

Stratheden Hospital is looking for a Porter/Driver to join our dedicated portering team. You will be responsible for a range of driving duties and delivering a comprehensive portering service to patients, staff and visitors.

You must hold a current full UK clean driving licence. Shifts are mainly 07:00 to Midnight, with 4 days over 7 and weekend work. Flexibility to cover other sites within North East Fife may be required; uniform, PPE, pension and generous holiday entitlement are provided.

Stratheden Hospital require Porter/Driver

We require a friendly enthusiastic and self motivated individual to join our dedicated team of Porters based at Stratheden Hospital.

You must hold a current full UK clean driving licence as you will be required to undertake a range of driving duties. The ability to work alone and as part of a team is essential for the delivery of a comprehensive portering service to the patients, staff and visitors within Stratheden Hospital. Hours will mainly be worked between 07.00am and Midnight, any 4 days over 7. This post will require working weekends.

A degree of flexibility is essential as you may be required to work additional hours during periods of annual leave or sickness, there may also be a requirement to cover other sites within North East Fife when necessary. We offer an excellent rate of pay, enhanced rates for working weekends and unsocial hours. Uniform and PPE are supplied, inclusion to the workplace pension scheme, family friendly policies, and a generous holiday entitlement.
