Job summary

NHS Fife is seeking a friendly, enthusiastic Porter/Driver for Stratheden Hospital. You will hold a current full UK driving licence and undertake a range of driving duties to support patients, staff and visitors.

Hours are typically 07:00–00:00, four days over seven, with weekend work and potential cover at other sites in North East Fife. Flexibility is essential, as is the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Stratheden Hospital require Porter/Driver

We require a friendly enthusiastic and self motivated individual to join our dedicated team of Porters based at Stratheden Hospital. You must hold a current full UK clean driving licence as you will be required to undertake a range of driving duties. The ability to work alone and as part of a team is essential for the delivery of a comprehensive portering service to the patients, staff and visitors within Stratheden Hospital. Hours will mainly be worked between 07.00am and Midnight, any 4 days over 7. This post will require working weekends. A degree of flexibility is essential as you may be required to work additional hours during periods of annual leave or sickness, there may also be a requirement to cover other sites within North East Fife when necessary. We offer an excellent rate of pay, enhanced rates for working weekends and unsocial hours.
