The role…
We have a superb opportunity for a Weekend Concierge (Saturday and Sunday) who will support the reception team with the arrival and departure of our guests. You will need to have a friendly and outgoing personality, a can-do attitude, a flexible approach to work, and a passion for customer service excellence. Aspects of this job may involve carrying luggage; therefore, physical fitness is essential. Previous experience of working in a hotel environment is desirable although not essential as full training will be provided. Please note that for insurance purposes, only those over the age of 25 can be considered for this role. A full driving license that entitles you to drive within the UK is required.
