Location: Central Oxford
Salary: £27,538 per annum
Shifts: 4-on, 4-off (12-hour shifts)
Includes weekends and bank holidays

An established and prestigious Centre in Oxford is seeking a Porter to join its Lodge team. As the first point of contact for all visitors, Porters play a key role in delivering high levels of customer service and ensuring site security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist visitors, students, and guests professionally
• Handle accommodation check-ins, keys, mail, and telephone enquiries
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, conduct patrols, and manage access control
• Support site operations with room setup, deliveries, and general porterage
• Act as Fire Marshall and First Aider when needed (training provided)
• Maintain accurate records and use systems like MS Office and Salto

Requirements:
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Smart appearance and professional approach
SIA Licence desirable (or able to obtain)
Good IT literacy
Willingness to work flexible shifts
