THE ROLE

• DRIVERS MATE/2 MAN CREW
• DELIVERING DRINKS, BEVERAGES (PHYSICAL WORK/HEAVY LIFTING INVOLVED)
• 8-15 DROPS
• GREETING CUSTOMERS AND OFFERING A GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE
• MAY BE REQUIRED TO CALL CLIENTS TO UPDATE ON DELIVERY STATUS AND REPORT BACK TO DEPOT
• CHECKING AND COMPLETING PAPERWORK
• ENSURING LOAD IS SAFE AND SECURE
  
  

Skills Required

• ABILITY TO DEAL FACE TO FACE WITH CLIENTS AND HANDLE ANY INITIAL QUERIES IN A PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS MANNER
• ABLE TO WORK IN A BUSY, FAST PACED DELIVERY TIME CRITICAL ENVIRONMENT
• ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY WITH GOOD TEAM PLAYER SKILLS
