A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A GUEST SERVICE ASSISTANT AT OUR HOTEL

What you'll be doing...

  • Be the warm welcome that greets guests on arrival, creating a lasting first impression from the moment they step through the door.
  • Assist with luggage handling and room escorts, helping guests settle in comfortably and effortlessly.
  • Be a knowledgeable and friendly guide, offering tips on local attractions, transport options, and nearby dining spots.
  • Support the front-of-house team by coordinating guest arrivals and departures with precision and care.
  • Work closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest areas are clean, tidy, and operating smoothly.
  • Keep entrance areas, lobbies, and guest walkways neat and presentable at all times, maintaining a polished and professional atmosphere.
  • Handle tasks like deliveries, guest requests, and room setup changes efficiently and with attention to detail.
  • Go above and beyond for guests, adding those thoughtful touches that turn a good stay into a great one.
