A Porter is responsible for general cleaning and maintaining housekeeping stores to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.
What will I be doing?
As a Porter, your responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining cleanliness in corridors, managing housekeeping stores, handling lost property, using chemicals safely, reporting maintenance issues, complying with safety regulations, disposing of waste properly, and being environmentally conscious. You will ensure all areas are tidy and welcoming, contributing to a positive guest experience.
What are we looking for?
Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude, good communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, be able to work independently or as part of a team, and demonstrate a commitment to high service standards. Organisation and a methodical approach are essential. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous.
