Job summary

You will play a vital role in maintaining the smooth running of the hospital by ensuring that everything is where it needs to be in a timely manner.

• You will also be expected to provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and staff members. This includes being courteous, helpful, and respectful at all times.
• Other duties may include cleaning and maintaining equipment, assisting with patient transfers, and following all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment for everyone.

To be successful in this role, you should have strong communication skills, be physically fit and able to lift heavy objects, and have a positive attitude towards customer service. Previous experience as a Porter in a healthcare setting is desirable but not essential.

It is important that you are able to work well in a team and follow instructions effectively. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure are also key skills for this role.
