Job summary

Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council is recruiting for a Portage Advisor within the Early Years Service. You will deliver early intervention support to children with additional needs and their families through a personalised home-visiting service across the Sefton borough.

The role requires a strong understanding of child development, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with daily travel to family homes.
