A leading engineering services company is seeking a Portable Appliance Tester to perform testing primarily in Data Centres and desktops. This full-time role involves occasional travel within the UK, where you'll follow safety guidelines and rectify minor faults during testing. Candidates must possess the City & Guilds 2377-22 certification or a willingness to attain it. Generous benefits include a matched pension scheme and health support services.
As a Portable Appliance Tester, you'll have a role that's out of the ordinary. This is an exciting opportunity to join an established company facilitating critical work. Day-to-day, you'll undertake Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) as directed, primarily but not limited to, Data Centres and desktops.
Please note that the successful candidate will be required to pass a targeted medical questionnaire and/or medical examination as a condition of employment for this role. This role is full time, 37 hours per week and is based on site at Ashchurch with travel to various sites when required.
The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Enhanced Developed Vetting (eDV) security clearance for this role.
