3 x Porta Cabin Fitters Urgently Required!

£14.00 per hour

Temporary to Permanent

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 7.45 – 4.30, Friday 07.45 – 3.30

The Role of The Maintenance Operative:

• Refurbish and fit out the complete range of modular buildings to high standards.
• Work on new and used Portacabins in a production environment.
• The company offers training and upskilling throughout employment.
• Initial shadowing with a team member for training and support.

Duties of the Cabin Fitter:

• Rip out and clean portacabins after site use.
• Painting and decorating internal and external surfaces.
• Basic joinery, partition walls, doors, and windows.
• Plumbing duties, including sink and toilet installation, waste, and drainage.
• Electrical work such as sockets, heaters, lighting, supporting first fix under supervision.
• General fit-out and refurbishment both on and off-site.
• Installation and dismantling of all buildings.
• Maintain tools and report damages.

Requirements:

• Maintenance or handyman experience.
• Ideally offsite or modular experience.
• Basic joinery and construction skills.
