Job summary

Stafforce Ports is seeking a Plant Driver B2 Forklift & Loading Shovel Operator to join a busy port operation in the Humber region. The role offers permanent employment with day and night shift options and a tonnage bonus tied to productivity and performance.

Training and development opportunities are available to enhance skills in heavy plant operation, forklift and loading shovel tasks, and bulk handling across port plant machinery.

Qualifications

• Experience with heavy plant, forklift, loading shovel, bagging operations.
• Plant licences desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Operate B2 forklift trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate loading shovels within a production environment.
• Support bagging and bulk material handling operations.
• Load hoppers and stockpiles.
• Move materials across operational areas.
• Carry out routine equipment checks.
• Maintain high health and safety standards.
• Support production and operational targets.
