Port Counterbalance Forklift Drivers

Key Recruitment are currently looking for experienced Counterbalance Forklift drivers to work in Portsmouth International Ferry Port.

The Role

As an experienced counterbalance forklift driver, you will play an important role in port operations. This will mainly involve unloading pallets from vessels once they have arrived in port.

• Must have a valid external counterbalance B1 forklift licence
• Adhere to health and safety procedures at all times
• Able to work in a physically demanding port environment
• Able to work in a team and on your own
• Work to ensure deadlines are met

Hours of Work

Monday-Friday 07:00-18:00 (Day Shift)
Monday-Friday 18:00-06:00 (Night Shift)
Potential weekend work too

Rates of Pay

Day Shift: £13.77 per hour
Night Shift: £15.77 per hour
