Job summary

Sytner Group is recruiting for a Valeter at Porsche Centre Solihull. You will be responsible for valeting and presenting customer vehicles to a high standard, preparing cars for handover and noting any faults.

Training is provided, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service. A flexible approach is required, including weekend work in a busy dealership environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a valeting position is required.
• Ability to work to a high standard with attention to detail.
• Flexible attitude and reliable team player in a busy environment.

Responsibilities

• Valet vehicles to a high standard before handover.
• Ensure vehicle presentation is pristine and faults are noted.
• Maintain tidy and safe working area and follow procedures.

About the role

Porsche Centre Solihull currently has a great opportunity available for a Valeter to join our talented team.

As a Sytner Valeter, you will be responsible for all aspects of vehicle valeting, including prepping and cleaning customer's vehicles to a high standard. You will also ensure that all vehicles are presented in pristine condition and that faults are picked up on prior to the vehicle being handed over to the customer.

You will also maintain high standards of housekeeping within your working area.

Sytner Valeters work a variety of flexible patterns which can typically include weekends to ensure we provide our customers with the highest possible levels of service.

About You

Full training will be given to the right candidate. We are looking for someone who has a fantastic attitude and behaviour, and who is passionate about delivering excellent customer service.

Ideally, you will have fantastic attention to detail and be committed to delivering the very best quality and standards for our customers. We are looking for a hardworking individual, who is a reliable team player with a flexible approach that is needed to work well within a busy environment.

When applying for this role please consider that we require candidates to have previous experience in a Valeting position as a minimum requirement for this role
