ARNE Ltd is seeking a passionate part-time Sales Advisor for a fixed-term contract at the Trafford Centre pop-up in Manchester. You will welcome customers, share ARNE’s story, and deliver exceptional service across the full customer journey.

Essential duties include engaging customers, recommending products based on knowledge of stock and promotions, handling transactions, and supporting loss prevention while achieving sales targets.

Competenze

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous retail or sales experience with strong customer service.
• Competent in using point-of-sale systems, processing transactions accurately, and handling cash responsibly.
• Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, adapt quickly to change, and manage multiple priorities.

• Engage with customers to deliver in-store service throughout the full customer journey.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products based on knowledge of bestsellers and new arrivals.
• Handle enquiries, complaints, and after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay informed on product launches, promotions and retail trends to drive sales.
• Work with store team to achieve sales targets and maintain high visual standards.
• Operate tills accurately and process purchases, refunds and exchanges in line with policy.
