Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Pool Plant Technician to join our dynamic Leisure Club team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the maintenance, operation, and management of our pool and associated plant equipment, ensuring the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and operate all pool plant equipment, including filters, pumps, heaters, and chemical dosing systems.
  • Conduct regular inspections and preventative maintenance of the pool and associated facilities.
  • Monitor water quality and chemical levels, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues promptly.
  • Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, water quality tests, and equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with the leisure team to ensure seamless operation and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Adhere to all health and safety protocols, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Assisting leisure guests with general enquiries in a warm and helpful manner.
  • Helping with the overall running of the busy leisure club, including opening and closing duties.
  • Assisting with new leisure member inductions.
  • Light cleaning duties.
  • General reception duties
