Discover the role
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Chef de Partie
to join our kitchen brigade in the Pool House Restaurant & Bar.
The Pool House Restaurant and Bar offers more relaxed and informal
dining. The menu has been crafted by Michael and his team and features
delicious dishes made from locally sourced ingredients including the freshest
locally landed fish and shellfish, grass fed meats and just picked vegetables
for our vegetarians options. This is a great opportunity for an aspiring Chef de Partie to learn new skills working
alongside an inspiring team of dedicated chefs.
What you’ll be doing

from Exeter St. Davids or Exeter Central train stations, take the Exmouth train
