You will work with experienced colleagues, gain exposure to a range of projects across Southern England, and have the chance to develop estimating and commercial

Qualifications

• Read and understand construction drawings and specifications.
• Good numerical, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Confident with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Willingness to visit sites when required.

Responsibilities

• Review enquiries, drawings and project information.
• Assist with estimating for new-build and refurbishment projects.
• Take-off quantities from drawings and specs.
• Calculate material, labour, plant and subcontractor costs.
