What You'll Do:

• Lead and inspire a team of bartenders and servers in a fast-paced, fun-loving poolside environment.
• Create an inviting atmosphere for guests, crafting memorable moments.
• Oversee bar operations including scheduling, inventory, ordering, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and liquor regulations.
• Drive sales and maximize revenue through creative drink specials and promotions.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of management experience in bar or restaurant settings (poolside or resort experience a plus).
• A passion for hospitality and a knack for energizing the team while maintaining smooth operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Relevant alcohol certification (e.g., TABC) or ability to obtain it.
• Ability to work outdoors, weekends, and holidays—because the pool party doesn’t stop!

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in the food and beverage industry.
• Two or more years in a management role.
• Ability to schedule, forecast, and budget department operations.
• Some knowledge of wine and fine foods is helpful.
• Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Effective communication skills with the public and team members.
• Food/Beverage Service Worker Permit, where applicable.
