Role: Shift Manager

As a Shift Manager, you will fulfill all shift work requirements by orienting, assisting, and coaching employees. You will ensure all standards are met by adhering to production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. Your responsibilities include monitoring operations, reallocating resources, and solving operational problems.

You will work within a multi-million-pound restaurant and manage a team of 100 or more employees. You will be part of the management team driving the restaurant forward by building sales, increasing profitability, and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Candidate Requirements
  • Experience managing and leading teams within retail, hospitality, business, or customer-focused environments.
  • This role is restaurant-based and involves working shift patterns, including weekends and bank holidays.
