Qualifications

• Background in chemistry, polymer science or related discipline.
• Experience with plastics or polymer manufacturing environments.
• Practical laboratory skills and interest in material development.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities within a technical team.
• Strong communication for technical support roles.
• Industrial experience may be preferred; MSc/PhD for advanced roles.

Responsibilities

• Support laboratory testing, material development and investigations.
• Work with polymers, thermoplastics, additives or masterbatch materials.
• Assist with product development, trials and scale-up activities.
• Operate laboratory equipment and support processing activities.
• Investigate technical issues and propose solutions.
• Participate in projects and communicate technical information to customers.
