Decoded is looking for a Software Solutions Consultant to create bespoke software engineering programmes for ambitious clients. The role involves collaborating with Engineering Leads, maintaining expertise in multiple programming languages, and demonstrating the impact of modern tools like AI Copilots.

Ideal candidates will possess proficiency in languages such as C# or Java, alongside a solid understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) practices. The position offers flexibility in working hours and a dynamic working environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in software engineering or development.
• Proficiency in at least two core languages: C#, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Python.
• Deep knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including version control and testing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design high-impact software engineering academies and upskilling journeys.
• Maintain technical competence across the full SDLC.
• Develop and deploy prototype codebases and technical workshops.
