Role Overview

Position: Conservative Politics Expert – Contract, Remote

Commitment: ~20–30 hours per week

Responsibilities

• Analyze AI model outputs to identify progressive or left-leaning framings that distort conservative reasoning.
• Provide detailed feedback to ensure conservative perspectives are represented with intellectual integrity.
• Collaborate with researchers to improve ideological balance in models.
• Contribute to designing frameworks for models to engage with moral, cultural, and institutional dimensions.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
